Paul MoylanPartnerPaul qualified from Queen’s University Belfast and was admitted to the role of solicitor’s in September 1999.
He specialises in all areas of Personal Injury Law arising out of Road Traffic accidents and Injuries at work. He has further developed an extensive practice in the area of Medical Negligence Claims and has been involved in numerous high value cases against health trusts with settlements in excess of 1 million pounds. Paul has also developed the area of media Law and acts on behalf of individuals who’s data or images have been improperly used on Social Media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Paul is an active committee member of the Belfast Solicitors Association, and his other interests includes golf and the arts. |
